## Seasonal Recommendations
La Côte vaudoise roads are treated with de-icing salt in winter (November to March). Salt residues accumulate on lower body panels, wheel arches, and undercarriage, accelerating corrosion if untreated. A full detailing is strongly recommended in late winter or early spring to eliminate salt deposits and restore paint protection.
In spring, pollen deposits are significant in the Nyon and Coppet areas. Pollen is mildly acidic and can etch paintwork if left on the surface for extended periods. A wash or detailing in April or May is advisable.
In summer, UV exposure degrades wax protection and dulls paint over time. A detailing in September or October restores protection before winter.
